kk great thanks, so if im recording from my box 360, then i just use ulead or sony vegas and then render the vid in a higher qua;ity, will that make it higher?

I think the quality can be only as high as what it was recorded as but its good enough.

Yo if u use sony vegas u can make da quality better cant u? dont you have to configure it once you have pressed render as? also how do you make the easycap recording good quality or is it always the same?

I use Ulead as i said before and it gives you the option to record in different qualities. But TrailerParkHero said he prefers recording with Windows Movie Maker ( I bet Sony Vegas is better) and saving as AVI. I never tried it with sony vegas i just use ulead. but yes the file you record as makes a difference in quality.

pimple your using sony vegas, you can directly import it with sony, you dont have to use ulead.

Yea I know, see i recently got a big screen for my b-day and its alittle foggy so i use ULead to play with my monitior, Thanks for the help tho.
