A recent Evening Standard survey asked fans in London to reveal the team they hate the most. 66% of Fulham fans picked Chelsea as the team they loathe the most......whereas Fulham didn't feature in Chelsea's top 3.....and they'd be lucky to even be in the top 8. That is what I have been trying to tell you lot but you won't listen. It's nothing against Fulham.....it's just that you only tend to hate teams that are a threat. The 'hatred' is only one way and that doesn't make a great rivalry.

Ha ha. You don't even know me, how do you know how many games I have been to? And I'm not even having a pop at Fulham when I say it isn't a big game for Chelsea - it is just fact! How can it be of utmost important when you're playing Juve, Liverpool and Barca in the Champion's League? Fulham aren't even Chelsea's biggest rivals in London. They're behind Arsenal, Spurs, West Ham and probably even QPR in that respect.

We've never been out of the top 2 divisions since 1905. Fulham were in the bottom flight not so long ago. As for the crowd today, this is a nothing game for us. Was at the Chelsea Vs Fulham (3-1) game today and the rather excited Fulham support were singing "where were you when you were shit?" Given that Chelsea have the 5th highest average attendance in English football since their formation and Fulham were averaging 4,183 as recently as 1996 (they get about 25,000 now), I can only presume they were being ironic so take my hat off to their fantastic sense of humour.

i work for Fulham and they call the most infamous day ever it happened because they didn't have the LED Adboards they have now they had standard adboard so it was very easy for fans to run onto the pitch. It came mainly from the Hammersmith End. To this very day the supervisor stewards remind every safety steward of these horrid events whenever a fan gets onto the pitch during a match. 300 chelsea fans were prevented to come onto the pitch if they hadn't it would have been a lot worse.

We may have only have pulled in 10-20,000 in the old days but the support was BETTER because it was more VOCAL and PASSIONATE. Now they are a load of middle-upper class prawn sandwich eaters. 3 years before the Premier League started, Chelsea's average attendance (1989/90) was 21,783. But then football attendances all over the country were down then - it was just after Hillsborough. Look at Fulham that season - 4,456. Now that...is shit!
