I feel like we've seen more action out of Obama in these first few months of office than, perhaps any other President (at least in our lifetimes). This is something I believe the government has no business in to begin. To true reduce crime we must eliminate federal drug laws. Gangs are illegal drug corporations with a hierarchy-and its their business that we are fighting. Its only a true society that allows all substances-this being said I am a realist and think this should be left to the states.
These people that have gang tattoos made that choice, as they made the choice to be in a gang, instead of public education and minimum wage.

Sweetheart I love your policies and I think you're an inspiration and hope for us all, but your response to marijuana legalization was very offensive. I do not think it is a laughing matter in the way that healthcare or causes close to your heart are a laughing matter.

I wish he would have been more serious on marijuana legalization. There are real debates going on about how this can help or hurt the country. This may be a good idea, I don't know, but I'd like Mr. Obama to address it, and observe it as an equally genuine idea compared to the others.

I agree he shouldn't have glossed over the marijuana question given how things are currently in Mexico but it's kinda a separate issue from raising money. If that question were rephrased to be about say, homeland security, I would hope that he'd give a serious answer.
