This is NOT North Dakota ! Keerist, I've even seen this VIDEO as a train in Saskatchewan. In fact, it is on the Kyle Railroad, in Kansas, heading to Colorado.

But, winter is winter....I worked 37 years on a railway. I'm happy to be retired.

@bushcatcher uhm, it had a special snow-plow car, modified coal-car filled with concrete to have more mass. Look at 0:06, its an front of V. Lot of snow in air so you didnt seen it.
