  • He's right! I got a workout set made by Brock Lesnar and he said that first you need a healthy diet! What people do is they get strong and then go on the diet! What happens is extra fat is stored in the abs that stays there no matter what! For the rest of your life!

  • he's right. The lowering phase of the lift is the most productive, couse u can lower a lot more weight than u can lift it. That's why it's effektive !

  • you should use light weights and many reps if you want to tone your muscles, but use heavy weights with low reps if you want to build muscles. but if you are kids don't use too heavy weights because it will decrease your felxibility over time
