Henry VIII's foot combat armour for the Field of Cloth of Gold tournament in 1520

IMHO one of the ugliest pieces of armour ever made. Beautifully constructed in terms of fitting yes, but i'm a fan of german high gothic so the very rounded appearance of this makes me want to vom. What people dont realise about henry is that before he became hugely fat, he was massive for the period. 6ft 1 and weighing 200 lbs. Men who required harnesses like this had always been slight, or lanky but never so tall and never so heavy so this must have been a huge undertaking for the armourer.
