This is really cute, one of the best clay-sushi I´ve seen so far. I for one would have added a little red oder rosé into the "salmon" for it is a kinda pinkish orange, and a little green into the black of the maki. Just as an idea :)

Why not try to wrap the translucent clay in the white ones rather than doing that? looks realistic :)
