Pauley Perrette on her forensics experience before "NCIS"

My dad and I watch this show together on USA, and he just loves Abby! I just read an article about Pauley on Yahoo this morning, and I was shocked to find out that she's 42; she looks more like she's in her 30s than anything else. Obviously she must be doing something right to stay so young looking.

Pauley Perrette makes Abby possible. She is also much more than the one show (my favorite show of course). Pauley Perette is just a regular strong woman with the skills to get past problems and the strength to plainly say that she is never alone in her path.

Pauley Perrette seems lovely and she's an amazing actor but I'm not that big a fan of Abby. Yeah, her character is great and without her the show wouldn't work at all but the fact that she does all the forensic work is so unbelievable that it never sits right with me. And I don't get it when people say she's like the "star" of the show.. If we didn't have McGee, Ziva or especially Tony and Gibbs then I don't think the show would be as successful as it is.

It's true what they say about the little girls and they're carriers because me and 5 of my friends want to become forensic specialists too because of Abby. And what made me actually believe in myself that I can become a scientist was the fact that I'm a rocker/punk/goth-ish girl and I didn't think that someone like me could be a scientist because of that but now I do and I have very high expectations...so thanks NCIS producer!!!
