To all you liberal bashers: look up the word "liberal." It's a compliment to be called one. However, the Democratic party (not automatically liberal by definition) has the poor habit of pointing out faults and not supplying alternative solutions.
Ok I'm angry as heck now! What are the policy alternatives of that other "major" party we have? More spending, cut-and-run overseas, more taxes, more regulation, even more wildly uneven taxation? I sincerely hope Congress is split after this election just because having the parties unable to agree on anything would probably lead to smaller increases in spending.

Republicans like to make it known that they vote on principle. But principle does NOT equal ethics.

Let's stop pointing fingers, get bush out of office, make things fair and do our best to fix the issues at hand. Instead of R vs D why don't we just try to fix the problems?

This speech accomplishes nothing! This speech doesn't solve any problems. Please Democratic leaders, use your time in congress to make a change in this country and show America we're working for them. Save your petty bitching for the Sunday morning talk shows (if you really must.)

Clinton was far from perfect, but all the Republicans could throw at him in the end was a sexual affair. Now cut this "he said/she said" nonsense ... this Republican-led gov't is a disaster, while Democrats have a proven record of improving this country.

This is why Democrats always lose elections. They complain but never say what they'll do.
The economy is in great shape and this president knocked down 2 tyrannical regimes.
When Clinton was inaugurated in 1993 no one heard of bin Laden. When he left office in 2001 Al Qaeda was our biggest enemy.
The only terrorist Clinton caught was Elian Gonzalez.
