yuppers! It's just frozen carbon dioxide (the stuff you exhale)... and since it goes to a gas when not frozen, it doesn't mix with the beverage (coke in your case)... so... it's safe to drink a coke with dry ice keeping it nice and cool.

they put dry ice in beer to see if the smoke produced tastes like beer aparntly it does! LOL!
