well the buccs are soooooo good that they got 400 out of 400 in there drum score for 09 so thats pretty rediculous next year they are going to have to get extra credit to be mn brass
fans will always disagree with judges, but in the end it comes down to what those guys say, so, if the show you design gets the numbers to win, why do something different?
originality vs. broken record? hmmm...gold metal from DCA does not equal best show. Talk to the audience members around me. All I heard was "damn, I wish I could march Minnesota Brass."
agreed, mn brass had a great show, even the slower parts of the show were still interesting and intense. this on the other hand, i have heard before and made me want to snooze through it.

See that would never happen, the majority of top endurance athletes are all around their 30's and that's 10 + years of playing experience as well. If a good DCA corps had the same rehearsal time as a DCI corps they'd smoke the kids in DCI. Just my opinion.
I was impressed by this show but was it really necessary to play an arrangement nearly identical to the one performed by Phantom Regiment in '03 along with basically the same body movement?

MN Brass did SOOOOOOOO much better with their show. I was bored watching Bucs, but MN Brass totally kicked ass.
