  • Im related to him

  • This is like a watching two 3-13 football teams play.

  • Herman Cain was a good wrestler in his younger days!

  • Koko B. Puffs

  • lol jobber vs jobber

  • If they'd of asked me to pick a match I'd of chose Max Moon vs Kato, just to fuck with them. and when they said we cant do that i'd of said ok Demolition Smash vs Repo Man.

  • koko beware. beware of the coacoa

  • R.I.P. Frankie

  • reminds me of Shelton Benjamin.

  • Even though Koko was on jobber status during his time in the wwe doesnt mean he isn't a legend. Koko was a great wrestler and had great charisma. Some of the biggest legends in wwe histery never won a title in wwe. Look at Jake the snake robert who is a legend and never won a title. The Brooklyn Brawler is the poster child for jobbers as far as I am concerned.

  • @MegaHeavyD Cant forget Barry Horowitz.....he did win one match.

  • @2199 Horowitz and the Brawler won a whole bunch of matches, they just weren't televised.

  • @MegaHeavyD I fail to see how running around with a bird on your shoulder equals charisma.

And winning belts has nothing to do with an HOF induction, the HOF is about honoring influential wrestlers who have made a contribution to the business(not just WWE) and I'm sorry but Koko has done nothing of any worthwhile note that has contributed to the business other then being a jobber with a crappy gimmick. They might as well induct the Repo Man in that case too.

  • @FalseImpressionist75 lol i think the bird was more of a star than Koko.

  • Who in the HELL would wish for this? I would sooner wish to be passing a 22 lb. flaming kidney stone.

  • It's been reported that he fried the parrot like fried chicken and had a slice of watermellon

  • I'd forgotten how shit Tony Schiavone sounds on the mic. I had enough of him through WCW.

Steve Lombardi ... The Brooklyn Brawler... Kim Chee... Doink the Clown. One of the best jobbers of the 80s and 90s. This man deserves to be in WWE's Hall of Fame. Koko B Ware? No fucking way. Why not admit Adrian Adonis, Billy Jack Haynes and Hercules then? Stupid WWE. FYI, Steve Lombardi still works for the WWE as a road agent.

  • @MrGromkor sumtimes i dress up as a parrot and masturbate over this footage

  • I just watched a shoot of the Iron Sheik and even he laughed at Koko's induction when asked about it. Koko a Hall Of Famer? Ugh NO!

  • And why is Koko B Ware in the hall of fame? Wasn't Koko just a jobber with a bird on his shoulder?

  • Who would request a jobber to fight for a good match, honestly

  • "What are you going to do when the sidewalk...when the sidewalk, smashes down on YOOOOOU..."

    Nice read there, Brooklyn Brawler.

  • The Brooklyn Brawler should be in the HOF as Kimchee...

God I'd ALMOST forgotten how much I hated the sound of Tony Schiavone on the mic. I'd rather listen to Fran Drescher take it in the ass from Kamala while Kamala's theme music plays than hear Tony say one more word. *Mute*

  • "Shoulder Black" 7:32

  • HOF for the B.B. the greatest jobber of all time...

  • My cousins attended high school with him.

  • He is indeed from Brooklyn, NY. my

  • i want to know why the fuck is koko b ware on the hall of fame and steve lombardi is not.

  • tony schiavone and lord alfred hayes?

  • good match

  • Jobber vs faggot jobber. But it is better than the crap they have today.

  • I'm assuming Koko used 'Piledriver' as a theme from 1987 to 1989? Or did he go back and forth between that and "Birdman"?

  • @fivebearrugs I'm assuming this was just after Bobby Heenan fired Brawler and before Summerslam 89 since the first time I heard Birdman was when Koko defeated Greg Valentine on Superstars just before SS89.

  • Wow...I've never seen a Brooklyn Brawler or a Koko B. Ware promo before...weird :)

  • Koko used Macho's "oh yeah" And Brawler ripped off Hogan's "Whacha gonna do". Gotta love recycled lines..

  • I wish wrestling would get some good characters like this again.

  • smokestorm88,ur a bawbag!go beat ur mother!!

  • @smokestorm88,ur a tosser.go n play with ur mum!

  • i agree,greatest jobber ever,well joint wi jim powers!!

  • classic match up, 2 great superstars going at it, thanks for the upload.

  • "Pats my own Back"

  • Brooklyn Brawler hasn't got shit on Barry Horowitz

  • Brooklyn Brawler...."What are you gonna do, when the sidewalk smash smashes down on you? Hahahahaha."

Doesn't that sound like Hulk Hogan's....."What 'cha gonna do, when Hulkamania runs wild on you?"

Who used this catch phrase first? It would be funny if Hogan stole this from the Brooklyn Brawler.

  • Jobber Vs Jobber.

  • I LOVE the British Comentator!!! xD

  • That Koko B Ware is in the HOF is a living joke

  • dat nigga koko is embarrsing haha he garbage,

  • nice match ! The way i used to like it !

  • Koko looks like a slightly bigger Carlton Banks

  • wtf fan request brooklyn brawler is always in one of those matches that happends before the shows comes on air

  • koko and frankie boy

  • why is a WCW announcer announcing a WWF match? And that's not Koko B. Ware's music.

  • @jmpowers83 .. Tony Schiavone was in the WWF for a short period of time in 89/90.

  • @jmpowers83 It was Koko's first theme, Piledriver

  • KoKo B. Jobber!!

  • @flatliner1984 only in the wwe then wwf everywhere else he was a main eventer look up his mid south matches where he was the top guy

  • What I really wanted to see was The Brawler vs Reno Riggins,

  • Did these guys REALLY wanna see Brawler vs Koko? Really? Well sure ti would be an interesting match..but I didn't think anyone would really REALLY wanna see it that badly.

  • @Basssinger86 You are right, because if you really think about it, there are so many combination of guys that you can pick for a match that would be great. Out of nowhere theres a majority vote for the Brawler vs Koko ? I don't get it. I really don't see myself coming up with this in a million years.

  • @Lyrikk09 I think it was a joke, guys picking two jobbers just for the heck of it. I really liked the match though.

  • @sableghost koko was a mid card jobber i guess at times but to lum with guys like that is very harsh

  • koko's parrot was pretty tame considering all the noise and excitement..

  • Probably had clipped wings so it wouldn't fly away. It looked like it was trying.

  • The brawler was like Barry Horowitz... Darn good at making the other guy look great. The Brawler makes the match entertaining... since he doesn't just take a beating without giving some back.

  • I never worked out why he patted himself on the back.

    lol

  • It was part of the personality... Horowitz's Character would congratulate himself for being awesome... and would gloat when he got the slightest advantage. Just made the crowd that much more riled up. Horowitz and Brawler were the best two Put-Over guys at the time... Iron Mike Sharpe was a good one too. They could always put up a fight and get the crowd into it.

  • @DeadKoby You could also add Lanny Poffo (Randy Savage's brother) to that list as well

  • N.Y. baby! Brooklyn Brawler rocks!

  • The Brooklyn Jobber.

  • Currently in the ring... that was always the worst, but the best at the same time. Meant one good wrestler and one jobber, but it also usually meant a good beating.

  • are people from Brooklyn dirty and poor?

  • @KamHtown yes

  • There should've been a match between Frankie and Damien.

  • I love that bit at the start. The fans requested this. Any match with the brawler is brilliant

  • Really? Fan request? What fan is going to request a BROOKLYN BRAWLER MATCH???

  • Koko fans ;)

  • @MmmmmPopTarts Momma Brawler

  • @MmmmmPopTarts Because he's the most famous Jobber out there

  • @MmmmmPopTarts ur a fucking idiot, that was back in the day, people did like him alot,u ignorrentfucktard

  • @smokestorm88 First off, it's "You're," "a lot," "you," and , "ignorant." Second off, I grew up watch late 80s and early 90s WWF, and even as a little kid, I was well aware that Brooklyn Brawler was going to lose every time he stepped in between the ropes. Third off, please...for the love of God, stay in school.

  • @MmmmmPopTarts sorry, that was me who requested the match

  • @MmmmmPopTarts People who know good talent. He's a great wrestler.

  • :-0

  • The ghostbuster was a awesome finishing move

  • Fuck KoKo bein a jobber. To me he was a superstar. If he was a jobber he wouldn't have competed in WrestleMania. He was loved by many and still will be. I wish we could bring back these days.

  • Who cares if KoKo was a jobber? That doesn't mean he wasn't a talented wrestler. His role was to lose to the stars AND make them look good in the process. He played that role well. By the way, as a short african american wrestler, KoKo had almost no shot at being a main-eventer during his era.

  • I gotta give you that. Bein an African American wrestler at that time, he paved the way for his race. Tough Times.

  • i wonder how many frankies koko went through

  • haha the poor bird probably died of fright being dragged through a stadium full of people

  • quite alot...

  • The story I heard was Frankie died in a house fire, or something like that.

  • Brooklyn Brawler should be in HOF, he is the greatest jobber of all time

  • @andywylde I agree. He was the best!

  • @andywylde wrong, that's Iron Mike Sharpe

  • @andywylde that's debateable. I could put in an arguement for Iron Mike Sharpe

  • @andywylde KOKO B. Ware is the best

  • @andywylde Him and Barry Harrowitz

  • @andywylde - BB and Barry Horowitz should be in the HOF

  • great pun at 0:18 lol. "well you better beware (B. Ware)"

  • I'm pretty sure B. Ware was the orignal pun, since his name is really James Ware, and I don't think his middle initial (if he has one) is really B. It's just like MVP isn't really Montel Vontavious Porter and IRS (Mike Rotundo) isn't really Irwin R. Schyster.

  • RIP Frankie.

  • A WWE Hall of Famer like Koko shouldn't have this much of a competitive match with the Brooklyn Brawler

  • afro turf

  • Koko B. Ware has heard that THE BIRD IS THE WORD =]

  • I thought he was the Boston Brawler now?

  • The guys who requested this probably wanted to see who the bigger jobber is. LOL

  • lol comment of the year

  • KoKo is a WWE HOF'er, not a no talent wrestler. You clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

  • pete rose is also a hall of famer 'nuff said

  • Pete Rose is banned for life. He's not in the HOF.

  • Also, Pete Rose is 1 of the best players to ever step on a baseball diamond. So you comparing KoKo to him, is a VERY high compliment.

  • Pete Rose is in the WWE hOF. With that said though Koko B Ware was a Great wrestler

  • He's in the Celebrity Section of the WWE Hall of Fame.

  • @kda5 Pete Rose is also a WWE HOFer. The WWE HOF is a fucking joke. The ONLY real wrestling HOF is the Obsertver HOF, and the Cauliflour Alley Club. At least there are no fucking celebs

  • @SexxyMessiah Rose is in the celebrity HOF section genius.

  • @taekwon3000 there was no celeb section when he was first inducted, genius

  • who'd wanna watch two jobbers wrestle?

  • Koko B. Ware 4 Hall Of Fame!!!

  • well its gonna happen this year!

  • To: PixelBishop

I KNOW!!! IM SOOOOOOOOO EXCITED,AND WRESTLEMANIA 25 IS ON THE DAY OF MY BIRTHDAY!!!

  • Koko was The Undertaker's 1st casualty, an archive Koko can be proud of. lol

  • who else did the BRAINBUSTER. wasn't it some guy with his brother??? red trunks???

  • Arn Anderson.

  • in the interview koko is not wearing pants. his donger is scraping on the floor.

  • ko ko wasnt a jobber. he won alot of matches...used the brainbuster

  • the fans that requested this mustve been on crack ha

  • Koko kinda looks like shelton benjamin...

  • that is very true

  • I was thinking the same thing. 0_0

  • wouldnt that technically be reverse

  • Poor Frankie!

  • "it should be a great one"..LOL

  • Coming up next, Val Venis vs. Super Crazy.

  • Koko was more a "jobber to the stars" type while the Brawler was more a pure "jobber"...Koko won some matches early in his career.

  • The match i'd like to see is "Iron" Mike Sharpe versus Barry Horowitz...now THAT would be awesome!

  • @Foamhead I actually saw a match between Sharpe and Horowitz durign this era. I won't say what the outcome was in case it ever surfaces. I will say that I found it to be one of the most enjoyable matches I have ever seen, partly because I had no idea what the outcome was going to be.

  • @zantara Barry Horowitz did in fact have several wins at house shows despite popular belief.

  • @Foamhead

I understand that in one tag team match at a house show, Roddy Piper and Paul Ordorff were teamed against Horowitz and the Brawler. Piper is so smart that he figured out how to win the match without ever getting into the ring. Piper got down on the apron, counted out 1-2-3 very loud and the Brawler pinned himself.

  • @Foamhead same for Mike Sharpe

  • @Foamhead I remember when I was like 10 years old watching Horowitz get a win over a Puerto Rican guy who used to also fight as one of Los Conquistadores in a Madison Square Garden house show back in 1988.

  • old school

  • pooor parrot..

  • good fan favorite match woulda been Jacques vs Ray rougeau

  • he beat goldberg in his only win

  • Brooklyn Brawler would've been better if he won matches and was like Steve Austin in the Attitude Era.

  • Or if he won matches and was like Hogan during the 80s. Or if he won matches and was like HBK during the new generation.

  • This is 1989. The song Koko came out to was from piledriver: the album. Koko came out to some weird song in 90.

  • brooklny blawer looks like a brooke ass

  • R.I.P. Frankie. He was a beautiful bird. I love parrots and budgies.

  • His name is Schiavone, not Schavonie, idiot.

  • Artie Lange from Howard Stern kinda looks like The Brooklyn Brawler

  • Now I know where shelton got his idea from. LOL

  • Brooklyn Brawler looks fun to make on Smackdown! VS Raw 2007 on CAW mode.

  • OMG Tony Schavonie is horrible~!

  • Learn to spell dumbass.

  • Jobbers or not... they were part of the BEST years of the WWF!

  • How cool is that bird for just sitting there. Why isn't it in the rafters?

  • because its wings are probably clipped

  • Koko is the first Shelton. Think about it. He really is Shelton B. Ware or Koko Benjamin.

  • RIP frankie

  • 3:23 - Flying head scissors. Anyone remember that they used to do these before hurricanranas came around? :-)

  • Brooklyn Brawler, The Definitin of a Glorified Jobber.

  • Love Koko's Kayfabe Break when he dropped the Steve Lombardi bomb! LOL

I also loved The Birdman's multi colored Hair in these days, KOKO B. WARE! LMAO! Frankie! LOL

  • "THese two evenly matched"?... Come on Alfred.
