saw them in phillie and they absolutely killed it. dispatch was nice but miss out on shit that is better than dispatch cause they aren't around anymore. Dispatch may play a few shows here and there over the next years but state radio will play hundreds. don't be stupid

no.. i freaking love state radio but dispatch was one of the best of all time. their music was so much more moving and it started a movement. chad's one of my favorite musicians ever, but you cant deny that braddigan and pete were much better than mad dog and chuck (no offense meant to these guys).

The meaning behind everything that state radio writes is incredible... Chad tells a different story or promotes another good cause in every song he writes... i believe that as a band state radio is unmatched.

@axjtjf I'm sorry but Pete and Braddigan are far lesser. Not only as musicians but as people as well. Also imagine what Chuck would sound like if he wasn't stoned at every show. Maddog is a beast no matter what. State Radio is way better

@Goldleader727 i agree maddog is a beast at drumming. but to argue state radio is better than dispatch is like arguing wings is better than the beatles. sure you can make the argument but it just falls apart. dispatch was something special. state radio is still a good band. and im sorry but trying to make an argument for "better people" is ridiculous if you ever met braddigan and pete im sure you would change your mind about questioning their character.

@Goldleader727 you're entitled to your opinion dude but the vast majority of people strongly disagree with that. state radio is opening for john butler trio. i mean JBT is good but seriously? JBT would be opening for dispatch. dispatch sells out MSG three nights in a row. honestly watch the dvd under the radar you will no longer think SR is better than dispatch. and this is coming from a guy who thinks state radio is one of the top 10 bands around (for my tastes).

@Goldleader727 thats a very good point dude. but i just cant see how anyone could say state radio is even close to dispatch. the songs arent as good, the harmonies aren't nearly as good, ive been to both state radio shows and dispatch shows and dispatch blows SR away. and btw you can say SR co headlined all you want i went to two shows on that tour SR played for like half time time JBT did and they were all hyping up JBT like SR was opening for them and the onle ones on the tix were JBT

I just compared this video to the live perfomance of "Bullet in my Head" from the 9:30 club. It's quite a difference ^^. But that's why I like Chad so much, because he does everything. Great video
