was fireworks it was only a single in the UK, then i went on to buy everything they

put out and was lucky enough to see them live in LA., CA, in 1984, they are still a

@WeCanCos I can see that viewpoint. That tour he did double duty almost killed him. It is just that The Cure has had such longer legs. Siouxsie died out relatively fast. Smith has such amazing talent as a musician, especially in the fickle music business, who would have guessed that in 2011 The Cure would have sold out two nights in Australia and headlining Bestival and the supposed Dark Album is coming out next year. I just don't understand why Siouxsie isn't working just as hard....

I read that this is basically their reaction after they visited the Middle East and "I heard a rumor, what have you done to her?" could be a reference to a story they heard about an Arabian Knight who smuggled his sister out of the country to keep her safe. So needless to say, they weren't very impressed.

To those bashing the song, while it may sound rough around the edges at first, the song tells an actual story, something that most modern music seems to lack.
