Ever since reading Mortal engines i've wanted to direct a film adaption! Well I've obviously not seceded :( I'm very excited to see the film when it does come out though!

I would just like to say three things, one Mortal Engines is a work of art and is on par with the work of R. J. Tolkien, I love the grime and desolation that David Frankland portrays in his work and last but not least, please don't let the film go bad, your world is so amazing and original that no one should mar it.
