Tutorial - soft skin - CS5

Hi everybody, for all of you that use Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects, I've put together a notepad called Handy Links For Windows 7. Those are direct links to install plugins, brushes, presets and fonts, etc... You can also delete your Adobe cache that takes up room in your computer. It makes the work a lot faster when installing stuff. Click on my username and check out the video called Handy Links For Windows 7. The download link for the notepad is in the description

it wont let me 'convert to smart object' when i right click, i think it's because i have an older version, is this part essential or is there another thing i can click that gives the same effect?

@xxmimi125xx It is in fact essential if you want to work this way, there are always alternatives, yet I feel like this is the fastest and most effective way of doing so.

For some reason my mask won't turn black on the inside, and I have CS5.... I didn't see a lock on any of the layers.

@TheTragicNightmare Cs5 is alright, masking has been into Photoshop for quiet some time now. Anyway, try again and make sure you have used the same masking options like me.
