@clackabang0121 I've maintained a weight of about 175 pounds for the past year or so. To be totally honest, I haven't worked in a program with the specific purpose to gain size. I know that if I did a workout program with the specific purpose to gain size, I could gain about 5 pounds within a couple months - which at my age and length of time working out is pretty decent. Me at 180 and near single digit bodyfat is pretty good :)
