Do you have to be a pally /w the 20% mount speed buff...? I spent about 10 min trying to do this and I wasn't able to get up there, than I noticed you had the 20% mount speed buff on and I thought it required you had a pally in your group. :/

I do this when im AFK and i usual put something small and heavy on the left or right arrow key and mine char will spin ther :D

Technically yes. I always saw people standing at the same place only on the inside of the AH. So, i wanted to try to do it on the outside. After many failed attempts, I finally figured out the method I show here =)

But I'm definitely sure there's other people who know about this.
