@CameraPops its a .50 cal dude, it would go through the pilot and hardly slow down then throught the co pilot and not loose any speed or very little as hit tore the engine block appart and stoped it dead, thats what there used for, light armoured vehicals. punches through them like butter, CoD is very wrong with how they use the barrett, they use two man teams to carry it because its so heave, you don't run around with one, they weigh like 50+ pounds. that is exactly what would happen.

The cockpit is an even more heavily armored titanium tub and can resist impact from 37mm cannon rounds, aslo! The windshield is able to withstand hits from 7.62–12.7 mm caliber bullets. I really doubt that the bullet would stay intacted, and that the angle he shot at had no effect on the engine magically catching on fire.

Basically, the .50 cal is NOT a fucking kilogram travelling at mach 5, it is a ~700 gram round travelling at speeds around 3.000 ft/s. Ist that enough arguing for you?
