Education is the answer.... it's the uneducated blacks from the apartheid era that are causing the controversy, if you've ever been to Africa you'll see there is an emerging middle class, not only in SA but also in countries like Kenya, Ethopia and Ghana. There needs to be a competent government and poverty needs to be eliminated, there is a strong correlation in the poverty to crime ratio.
