I think Les is a much more technical player.....i've been playing a lot of korn songs since i started learning bass, and recently ive started learning a few primus songs. primus is much harder to learn...but korn and primus are much different bands....love them both :) that was a pointless comment when i read it

New strings, lots of equalization, drop the mids, add some highs and low really depends on your equipment though.

Easy, Just get a 5 string ibanez and put it in drop d tunning with an eq boost and fuzz pedal through a mesa boogie. From a bass player's perspective he's nothing crazy like Les Claypool, but he has some cool licks that fit the band really well. Honestly you can't even compare the two but come on claypool is up there with wooten for god's sake, don't bring up his name in a Korn video man.
