It was the first time u play this game??? Cuz u are really slooooooooooow and you are always changing ur attack like looking for a better one. If not, then ur strategy is horribly bad. This is a great game but a very easy final boss
@TheSucine - yes, to have faith in ourselves, but not only that. Granas and Valmar were not almighty gods - they were once people who ascended to deities by Birthplace of the Gods. That's why they died. But the world is still in one piece - I cannot imagine that there isn't God in their world. Maybe they just turned from him, but He's still there and is waiting. So I suppose that the moral is that we shouldn't worship people ;p (like Granas and Valmar). We shouldn't put all our faith in them.
Also, Zera was the most tragic villain IMO. He lived a life of trusting fully in religion, and he was so afraid of being helpless that he allowed himself to be corrupted with power, and controlled by Valmar. Or maybe that was really his true self, and Valmar just helped him realize it?
This game has so much win. All of the characters grew on me, and are more real than most other characters in video games. This game had such a deep message, to not trust in any religion or what others tell you, but to have faith in each other and help each other, and do what's right. And I really cried when Tio finally found her humanity (although I think she had it all along, she just took a while to realize it). I also lol'd at the fact that Millenia is a school teacher xD
@MZD79 That's exactly what I felt, about 3 years ago when I played it, it's just such a touching game, and as you say, it teaches you almost, to yes, have faith in one another etc.
The song is called "A Deus" which translates from portuguese as "To God". The song itself is sung in portuguese... kinda, it sounds more japanese than portuguese XD
Yeah the track is called Granas Sanctuary or Cathedral (depending on where you find it) It's the track that is played when you reach the Granas Cathedral in St Heim Papal State. It's played several times throughout the game and has several slightly different forms but they're all sampled from the same song.
the eyes were definitely hard, though not that that that hard... i would say the bosses with the most sub-units were the harest, cept melfice was actually hard too (just cause of his high attack speed/power + constant buffing) but i found the core to be hardest. i dunno D: but the butterfly thing... yeah.... lol
That ALWAYS bothered me at the end. Elena just up and grows freaking wings. Fair enough Millenia having them, she was the Wings of Valmar but... WHAT?!
Elena always had wings. She just didn't realise she had them until then.
Just as Ryudo was able to channel the power of the Horns without destroying himself, so was Elena able to channel the power of the Wings. But she spent the entire game denying the power of Valmar within her, and so was unable to manifest the Wings as Millenia did until the end, when she finally confronted and accepted that aspect of herself.

ne one know what the hardest boss is?
gannon1898 3 years ago
In my opinion, it was the eyes. And Ryudo's brother with the horn in close second.

really i thought the eyes were quite easy

the claws were harder

The eyes were a serious pain in the butt because of the flying eyes that did that Delta Attack thing. Once you took one of them down it was easier

To me the hardest boss with New Valmar's Core the rest was a piece of cake for me.

Ah, so Zera finally showed regret in the end...
That ALWAYS bothered me at the end. Elena just up and grows freaking wings. Fair enough Millenia having them, she was the Wings of Valmar but... WHAT?!
Oh well, still a good, good game.

But it's mostly literary symbolism. XD
GeoVII 3 years ago
yes, GeoVII is right. i know, the story gets really confusing, but its like this:
millenia was never VALMAR valmar, but she was the "valmar" inside elena that was awakened due to her being possessed.
so millenia has always been elena, but just the darkness within her.
imyourbaka 3 years ago
Oh. I thought she was the Wings of Valmar. Meh.
