i have problem to format my phone by this way to click on camera touch and volume .... and it's give me : Do not turn off .... it takes about 10 min.

but that's not work coz i left it's hours and not work ... i left it's 3 hours and didn't work; i take the battry off and back it's and do same option and not work now a week everyday do it's and not work and stay only showed the msg ..... so can i know what i could do plzzzz
