The only way that we can bring jobs back to the United States is to make it no longer less expensive to produce in foreign countries. We cannot compete with people for jobs that are willing to work for next to nothing. We need to tax imports so that it will become cost effective to produce here in the U.S., for our own consumption.

Actually his bail out didn't take money from the people, it just used the existing taxes we pay and instead of paying the special interest and giving tax cuts to the rich 2% he lessened the taxes on the real working middle class. Had he put most of that into job creation, both short term infrastructure projects, and Long term projects like for example a Nationwide High speed rail system, instead of just regional, that would put thousands to work for years to come. @democratsaresmart well, I agree that technology is helping to kill the industrial sector, but I seriously doubt Obama will win a second term. He's pissing off his own constituency by not listening to their demands to legalize marijuana for medicinal and industrial purposes. Over half of the USA wants to legalize now, but does he do anything other than sit on his hands on the issue, and laugh at people who suggest that hemp ethanol could save us from fossil fuels? Thats not smart of him at all.

@democratsaresmart Its pretty stupid of him, actually. Especially considering 78% of democrats want to legalize, nearly 30% of republicans want to legalize, and more than half of independants want to legalize.
Many democrats and republicans are defecting to libertarianism.
