  • Wow I relaxed just watching the cigar roll in the flame

  • tomorrow is friday night, guess im gonna spend it in puffs of smoke <3

  • how the hell do you properly taste 10 cigars a day and give a valid judgement. these guys must eat five filet mignon dinners a day in between each stick.

  • nicely executed..

  • best story ever.

  • wow,I never know this way of lighting a cigar...I will try it next time, thanks for teaching !!!

  • i bet he has many leather bound books and a large hardwood desk...

  • Really nice presentation ....will have to try that one this evening...

  • Does this make anyone else's mouth water?

  • @sledneck411 Like Niagara Falls. Pure awesomness.

  • Everything is far too PC these days... sure cigars might be bad for us, but isn't that the person's choice whether or not to smoke? If you want to have a cigar, go ahead. You only live life once, who gives a shit about those health authorities who have nothing better than campaign and destroy the cigar's legendary reputation... after all they get paid to do so, it's their job.

  • @MrTheDominonator My words, man. And we all know the price. No one picks up a cigaret or cigar and accualy thinks he's gonna live a day longer now. At the end, everything harms us in some way. But we are willing to pay a cirtain price. I just bought my first cigar today. Tomorrow I'm gonna sit down with some good friends, drink alcohol and smoke that thing.

  • @MrTheDominonator Amen my friend. I enjoy a cigar every week or so, and it's something I look forward too because my buddies and me sit around a roaring fire and just bullshit. It may give me cancer, but at least I had fun getting cancer!

  • that's a $300 cutter. jesus.

  • @megustajugo holy you are right. isnt that the mammoth tusk one?

  • I use this method to light all my cigars, if possible. If I'm smoking at home, I light the cigar using this method in my garage... I also don't use matches as long as his and still manage to get it lit perfectly. It really does make the cigar taste better, even dog rockets....

  • Very well done. And thanks for sharing.

  • i love the ashtry where can i get one and how much it cost?

  • Comment removed

  • Little do you all know, he received a large check from the match industry for this video.

  • BOSS!! :))

  • I'm going to have to give this a try!

  • do you inhale the cigar into the lungs or only the mouth?

  • @ssnp you should never inhale the smoke into your lungs

  • @ssnp only the mouth, ever.

  • @UncleSam493 always***

  • You mentioned tasting 5+ cigars a day, what do you use to cleanse you palate?

  • "I was young enough to know I wanted to be just like him" lol

  • mistret

  • naturalcigarlighter.weebly.com Never use butane to light a cigar again

  • If you use the technique, be sure to go with the longer matches.

  • im fucking drunk!

  • @Tarck452 Me too!

  • this is how i sorta light my cigar as well.

    i cut it first

cover the head of the cigar with my finger

light it with my torch until it's red hot

    then i draw

u get the most amazing aroma and flavor, very creamy and nutty rather than that initial bitter taste.

truly the only way to light a cigar properly

  • I had a friend named billy .. his dad owned two nurshing homes .. lived in a 1.5 million dollar home ... had a cigar room that was always 67 degrees F. ... when they would go out of town we would sneak in and get some cubans and live it up lol

  • thats an actual job? what is the side affects of smokind a cigar

  • @cantdonotin, the side effects of smoking a cigar? Increasing your risk of cancer.

  • he said at the start he's 'very green', what does that mean?

he was a plant, or he smoked pot?

    Or both?

  • @matatmat In Mexico we use that term when we talk about someone who is not ready for something, because thats the color of the fruit when it is not ready to eat. So if someone tells you that you are green at something it means that you are not ready or you dont have much expirience.

  • @manchiscap oh cool, thanks for the info :)

  • @matatmat It means he was very new, and unexperienced in this matter.

  • One of the best videos about how to light a cigar.

    Seriousely

  • NO DISLIKES OMG

  • @RayWillJohnson there is 1

  • splendido

  • you're tha rock!!!

  • no fatman your wrong

  • I will try this within the next 15 minutes. I normally cut then light.

  • Not quite as interesting as my technique :)

  • i wacthed this about 6 months ago, now this the only way i light my cigar thanks

  • Cohiba without a doubt best brand cigar in the world

  • @jaylpp12 montechristo is much better

  • Davidoffs are terrible its a shame americans arnt allowed cubans

  • @jaylpp12 cubans are largely overrated. Many cigars out there just as good if not better for cheaper

  • @MascisMan1 no im afraid ur wrong i have smoked good cubans for years and years, i wont say i never had a bad one, but you cant tell me a davidoff comes close to a cohiba or romeo y julieta

  • @jaylpp12 I never said anything about a davidoff...

  • @MascisMan1 well any for that matter

  • NICE.

  • I have Cohiba cigars :D

How much should I sell them for? o.O

  • @MissingStrings dont sell them, smoke them urself

  • @MissingStrings I guess what the normal sticker price is? Not a huge demand for Cohibas.

  • i want a well light cigar :(((

  • i feel enlightened!

i personally do bake my sticks very carefully but never thought not cutting it before baking, but that makes perfect sense, think about it, what is the point of having a cap at all if you remove it before ignition!!!

  • this guy knows whats up... what a badass.

  • That's a nice, elegant way to light a cigar, thank you for sharing it, and the great story!

    Cheers,

    Kel

  • he talks like hes reading off a paper.

  • Very well done...a true gentleman.

  • Class takes time good video and good advice.

  • Just a random q... im completly new to cigars, by that i mean i have smoked 2...

Is it possible to smoke a cigar half way and then cut it and smoke the remaining half later?

probably a stupid q but hey

  • @ale848 not impossible....

  • @ale848 buy smaller cigars

  • @ale848 I havent thought of that. I'd say cut it prior, but the end without the cap would unravel. If you do it before the cigar burns out, it might work that way. It still could have that ruining taste to it though, but I don't know for sure. Give it a try with a less expensive cigar

  • I have been only smoking on late Friday nights after work and using this technique after a long day really does have a calming effect. It has helped me relax and slow down enough to fully enjoy my smoke.

Try it out once in a while. Just make sure you have plenty of long matches.

  • is the foot of the cigar touching the flame, or just very close?

  • @mrstortwagglesby I assume, by watching some of the other videos from the user, that the flame is not touching on the first and second match. The third match might be touching since he's trying to make sure the middle is even with the rest of the foot.

  • @Membersacc Retard..

  • @snaggypaggy

    Excuse me?

  • @Membersacc Sorry.

  • @Membersacc LOL

  • Really nice to see. I usually always cut the cigar before. But this should I test on my next cigar. (Macanudo Diplomat)

  • Very well done...a true gentleman.

  • Very cool. I feel more relaxed just watching that! I'll have to try that one day

  • @agentshep23 i totally agree

  • nice video. would it be "improper" to follow the same procedure by cutting the cap after lighting, but using a butane lighter to torch the foot instead of the matches?

  • ever since i seen this i loved it cause i dont like short cigars cause there too hot for me and still when lighting and drawing churchills at the same time was still too hot ... the flavor change makes sense also ... as far as butane or matches for this i found no difference just be careful cause the torch cant get as close as the soft flame or match

  • thank you for these videos ... this is the way i light em now ... i just wish some videos were longer
