  • @JamesOliverHobbs He did a LOT of volume of last week, then yesterday (Sunday) started a down-load week, he's still going to max in the lifts but doing significantly less volume. Ben should be very fresh this week, we'll see how it goes. He's already proclaimed it "PR week".

  • @TheGymChannel i have just now started doing olympic lifts. they are almost impossible when your legs are extremely weak..i bench more than i can squat so i can't catch any lift in a slow squat or it will be stuck there haha. my max C&J is about 150LBs and max Snatch is 100 LB and i weigh 120LB

    just do squats and work on technique with a light bar until you have the strength and power to do the full lifts
