Drips are when the paint is too heavy and starts flowing down out of the tag. it can't flow off the page unless you pour out the marker. pressing on the paper also helps absorb the ink.

And finally, his handstyle. Somebody already writes WEBS and he's alot better then you are, so find a different name. I believe webs did something for meeting of styles for either 2004 or 2005, not too sure. maybe it was 2006.

Then he showed us an OTR (on the run) marker. Those are shit. cool markers, shit ink. I believe 'webs' tried to juice the marker on the bottom so he would get more drips when he would tag the top... Either that or he's an idiot and thought he could get drips when his surface is paper and it's horizontal.. paper absorbs the ink alot more then lets say glass, especially the inside of a book and also it was horizontal, simple physics say that gravity wont allow drips.

The reason why he was able to wipe it off was because Acrylic paint has a long drying time (gives it drips that way) and because he had a really slippery cover of a book. It's also water paint, and not permanent at all.

First of all the first mop he showed us was a school glue container. he got that from his pencil case when his mother gave him his school supplies. Then, He filled it with Acrylic paint because I use acrylic paint often and I can tell..
