Here in American I'm more likely to find sour cream than cream fraiche, and I've heard they're very similar with sour cream being a little more sour. Would that work as well if I increased the sugar?

Maybe your oven cooked them slightly faster then theirs did so the timing was off and it crisped to fast of maybe the batter was to thin or spread to thin?.

@applehead157 Nope... works fine and is perfect if you make too much. An hour or so in the freezer and it will be solid enough to scoop like regular ice cream. You can keep it in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Frozen berries, about 1 liter.

1 egg

½-1dl cream (?)

some icing sugar.

Mix it all about 1 min...Enjoy! It is such a good recipe, takes 3 minutes to make maximum. And great to do when having your friends over!
