WE NEED MORE OF THIS IN DT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More experimental, jazz stuff. The new steven wilson albums made me listen to the old king crimson stuff, incredible stuff it is, we need more free jazz mixed with latin, mixed with classical, mixed with hardcore old school prog (ala the direction with the new opeth album) and jamming again in DT!!! I know its a handful :P, but DT does have the most relentlessly annoying fans, myself included.

@88omair I don't think DT needs all these things. DT can continue to go where it wants. If you want to listen to those things, why don't you just go listen to Opeth or Steven Wilson? They're great artists as well. I'd rather have more variety than have DT try to do EVERYTHING. If DT DOES want to do this kind of stuff, then more power too them though.

@Metalliprog91 Obviously DT can go where it wants, but their music has become very formulaic and more of the same, the definition of prog is variety and experimentation, and I really respect artists who take risks and do what they want, rather than what the fans want (very ironic considering what I want from DT :P), but DT needs more flavour now, they're immensly talented and have a wide variety of influences and should include them in DT, God knows they can merge genres well.
