I think some people can get really crazy results without steroids. I am 15 and I was 6'1 140 lbs and on the football team at my high school. I was the skinniest and weakest linebacker so, I decided to bulk up. In 4 months, I went from curling 40 lbs to curling 125 and from benching 95 to 215 lbs. I don't take any supplements and I use perfect form I now weigh 215 lbs and thats 75 lbs in 4 months. I only have 13 % body fat also. everyone thinks I use steroids. I have crazy stretch marks.
Brutal fact is there are simply limits everyone has without steroids. There is a point after which you cannot go urther in the way you want. We are all built differently, and hardwork determination and stickability will make big changes to physique but ultimately a body has a natural size limit, exceeding it without steroids results in too much bodyfat. Steroids are also there for the finishing touches the added rip and definition on a huge guy.
I agree to the other 45,986 people here saying the form is wrong, way too wrong, and bodybuildiers are not precisely roll models since most of the use steroids, so you can not really know that THICK line that tells you the real gain of the excercise theyre doing and the real gain of the steroids theyre having. Check someone with a slimmer body but all natural youll be better goal oriented.

Correct form may prevent injury for certain individuals, but rocking your body with the weight allows you to climax your weight and therefore more muscle tearing. Look at every major body builders' bicep workout when they do 21s, they ALL rock their bodies as this guy did. And just try to tell me that what they're doing is wrong and ineffective.

There is no such thing as BAD FORM when it comes to curls, unless you're entering a curling competition. Form is for POWERLIFTERS, not bodybuilders. The guy with the best arms wins, and it doesn't matter if he curls 205 with horrible form or 65 with perfect form. The best arms win, SUCKAS.
maybe so with getting the gains in the biceps, but one of the most important aspects of using correct form is injury prevention. think about it you have the biceps now but in years to come all the jerkin will give you back problems

The reason we all care that he's using such bad form is that when kids first starting out at body building come on YouTube and see twits like this, they think this is what they should aim for; lifting weights that are obviously above the body builder's range and lifting them dangerously at that. Then these kids go away and, rather than pick weights they can lift properly (see Scooby's videos), they pick ridiculous weights and injure themselves, thus ending any future in body building.
Okay first off kid's shouldn't be getting on youtube to get proper techniques for bodybuilding or weightlifting. It does not say anywhere on his video he is trying to use proper form. A vast majority can't even do that weight with cheating. But go ahead and flame me for speaking my opinion. Secondly, using cheat curls can increase the weight you can curl when not cheating. I wasn't flaming you, I was answering a question you posed. Sorry for any offence caused. However the fact still remains that this technique DOES damage your body. These jerky swinging motions do severe and irreparable damage to your joints. It won't matter if it helps you lift a little extra weight when you've got such badly damaged joints that you can't lift anything at all. And whilst kids and newcomers shouldn't look to YouTube for advice, many do, since most pro's charge an awful lot.

All this talk of 'cheat curls' is stupid. I have been bodybuilding for years, I do what some may call slightly cheat curls with a weight from about 70kg up, I get the results I need and it seriously builds my biceps. Unless you literally jerk up and down and bend your back like a twat ti lift 100kg then it is not that big a deal.

If you try and do pefect form on every rep ever, then you won't be pushing past comfort barriers and you won't be getting good growth. Leave perfect form for textbooks. Good form + get the weight up when you're struggling even with momentum for the win.
This is the worst advice I've ever heard on the topic of weight training. You push past comfort barriers by adding more weight or more reps, depending on what kind of results you want. The established forms are there to isolate muscles (which in turn accelerates growth) and prevent injury, not to keep you comfortable or hold you back.
Yes, it's impossible to keep it perfect every time. But the guy in this vid uses his back on every rep. It's more weight than he can handle.
strict curls just slow down biceps even though they might get them bigger. any rep that is slow will make your muscles slower rather than rapid. fast explosive reps make your muscles and hence your limbs quickers and explosive. even arnold loved cheat curls becuz they after all hit your bis and fatigues them. the first three reps can be strict but if you gotta use momentum go ahead and it will become a power explosive lift.
explosive lifts incorporate other body part into the movement. i would rather do cheat curls using my back a bit than do strict slow curls since the cheat curls is like sport specific movement that pracitical in sports and MMA.

If you try and do pefect form on every rep ever, then you won't be pushing past comfort barriers and you won't be getting good growth. Leave perfect form for textbooks. Good form + get the weight up when you're struggling even with momentum for the win.

This is the worst advice I've ever heard on the topic of weight training. You push past comfort barriers by adding more weight or more reps, depending on what kind of results you want. The established forms are there to isolate muscles (which in turn accelerates growth) and prevent injury, not to keep you comfortable or hold you back.
Yes, it's impossible to keep it perfect every time. But the guy in this vid uses his back on every rep. It's more weight than he can handle.

strict curls just slow down biceps even though they might get them bigger. any rep that is slow will make your muscles slower rather than rapid. fast explosive reps make your muscles and hence your limbs quickers and explosive. even arnold loved cheat curls becuz they after all hit your bis and fatigues them. the first three reps can be strict but if you gotta use momentum go ahead and it will become a power explosive lift.

explosive lifts incorporate other body part into the movement. i would rather do cheat curls using my back a bit than do strict slow curls since the cheat curls is like sport specific movement that pracitical in sports and MMA.

i think heavy cheat curls, are the best for putting on overall mass in the biceps and forearms, going as heavy as you can for about 10 reps works better then strict 12 in my opinion

Forget them sash! That was perfect form..the straight bar wasn't favoring the left neither your right arm. It wasn't even cheat curls to me considering it was your last set! I lifted, I curl that with strict form, all be it for only 6 reps, but with my back against a wall, thats hard work, get your facts straight.
