@MagicalDroplover Yeah it does happen from time to time. As for dubbing, truth is that many Americans can't stand to hear a foreign language and read translations for too long. I guess it's distracting to us? Films, cartoons and video games that are dubbed in English experience much more success in the American market. It's all about business. The unprofessionalism in this dub can be clearly heard when Dr. Light flubs 2 lines. Sounds like they went with one take for each line and kept on going.

Because they want to haunt us the idea that they grew mega man and "Americanized" him for us, rather the fact of adult Goku's voice tone's difference in each region. I mean, listen to Proto Man! And they're no different in size. Started as Kid, but Capcom chose Man in the end, likely because the character felt too similar to Astro boy. Believe me, on Super Adventure Rockman for PSX/Saturn, he pulls out a second buster from his arm, identical to the one on his left hand.
