actually, a government official did have some control over the handing out of bonuses this fall. his name was kenneth and he was appointed by obama. he used his power to limit the bonuses for the top earners at several businesses that were bailed out.
By bailing out a bankrupt company you are usurping power from the Judicial branch. Bankruptcies are handled by the courts not in the houses of Congress. Wake up Steve!!! It is for your own good, WAKE UP!

2 We need to give AIG 175 Billion, and counting with no strings attached
3 Pass the Bailout, (HURRAY!)
4 Attach strings. (Wait, what?)
