This is most retarded riot ever! What is fagex supposed to do? Shutdown rs? They can't stop bots, they lost that war long ago. Removing free trade again for which 91% ppl agreed to bring back, wouldn't stop bots only reduced them as Chinese ppl would bot just bot on and then sell "money mules" or bot on costumer's account.

Fagex still did not stop bots completely there is still botting going around except there is less, but there are more and more bots as each day passes, soon you will be able to notice them everywhere. Just stop playing this shit game.

@AnimaDon24 AGS (mid 2007) and Claws (late 2008) are both fairly new items, hardly "old RuneScape". Back when D Chain was still considered pro was really fun :)

@cilibinarii My point was that each person has a different view of meaning of word "old rs" For some old rs is 01 or 04 for me its 06 for some its 07 for some its 09,... and so on. RS any in any time shift is a primitive game IMO. RSPV any of it is just a rip of the rs game that most things doesn't work properly and are for mentally challenged. RS basics are still same than in 04 its only graphically improved. If you want rs to be a different game, then you should play another game.

Lol I didn't see a single j-mod in that crowd so i doubt they even know this riot took place. There are ways to get rid of bots but jagex never seems to take action so I don't think a little riot will change anything your best bet is to put up ideas to get rid of bots in the forums. But put it in the wrong category like clan recruitment so the jmod will be forced to read it and put it in the right category.

Lemme clear that for you guys, JaGeX is making a new MMORPG at the end of this year, or at the start of 2012, the MMORPG is called MechScape (as long as I know) so what JaGeX do, is they try to milk RuneScape as much as they can with these new programs, so when MechScape comes out, they will take a shit on RuneScape.

@FlaryBear are u retarded? "mechscape" was announced when rs hd come out and that was in july 2008. and it was canceled soon, they made a funorb game called "steel assholes" from this failed project. Also jagex still cares about rs, they still make updates for it. Runescape main purpose is: addict A.K.A poisoning brains of kids = making money; extremely long gameplay = making money; extremely boring gameplay = ??? .. i dont get it! Maybe its meant to ruin people's lives. Thats what it does.
