You could even use fakin bakin (tofu stuff but I don't know why you would want to eat that) You could even use some ham or canadian bacon if that is what you had, just something that would be smokey and salty, it is like a seasoning more than anything. I love all of your videos and even tried some of your receipts I think I spelled that wrong. but all of the ones i have tried came out excellent however i am from new England and very partial to new England clam chowder with fresh clams. I am very partial to new england seafood as well though. take care and I truly do enjoy your videos.

Gonna try this one. We don't even have a normal eating menu anymore. It started with you and trying all your recipes and now watching a couple others too.....we are eating something different everyday.
