I'm having a hard time making a distiction who is evil via God's wrath or Satan's work. Makes me wonder not only that Satan can possessed humans, but God too. Thats got to be confusing.

Satan can possess unbelievers; meaning if they let him, he can control their minds, body, and spirit.

With believers, the Holy Spirit dwells in their lives. God empowers the christian with his spirit in order for them to do the will of God.

1. Satan and God can not control people without the person allowing them to come in.

2. Satan and demons can not possess believers; they can only oppress thier minds and tempt them to disobey God.

@ecokrazy that is what Hal Lindsey is talking about in his current report, but over all he talks about the gospel of Jesus, bible prophecy, history and current global news stories that perfectly correlate with bible prophecy. But Hal Lindsey's main message is Jesus's gospel of salvation.

I used to be heavily ingrained in the ratpure eschatology until I realized it wasn't biblical, but just American and I used to watch him a lot at that point. He focuses almost exclusively on the rapture. Thank you for your suggestion but I'll be passing.

@starsheild7 You should watch Mark Driscoll's videos. I can watch his sermons for like 20 hours straight and be wide awake and amazed by his teaching styles of Jesus Christ.

@gilbert4321 I remember Mark Driscoll's sermons, I like watching them; I learned that even christians can idolize something or someone other than God, & that when that something or someone, we idolize, has flaws (by our standard) we tend to demonize them, & that we as believers are suppose to make God above everything (above the things & people we "idolize").

Odds are this guy is burning the candle at both ends with this stuff and can't possibly get around to each and every individual.
