Sigh - they did make the perfect team. Forget what happened to Marian, the thing that annoyed me most about the season 2 finale was that these two didn't speak one word to each other! They practically eloped together at the end of season 1, and then come season 2 we didn't even see a "welcome back Allan" hug!
