@5Strikers An easier way is to search for sodium acetate on eBay and buy it that way. Much cheaper than hand warmers.

i have been trying to find a video that showed the microscopic formation of ice cristals. If you had access to a better camera and microscope it would be very cool to record and put on youtube.
