Alright so i just found a sweet thing in that source. Search: graviboard and get the free one. download that and look in your setting and find the graviboard (it'll be by the androidlock XT) click that go to activation methods and pick short hold under home button. then hit the home button and if your at your home screen hold the home button for like a second then all your apps will fall. so cool.
