Make a new pc dude, budget get hd 5770, a decent psu for about 600watts, case u can probably reuse less its too small, ram depends, monitor = reuse if u want. Ok, main points: New Mobo (atleast Quad compatible, 2 Pci-e 16x recommended, 1 good enuf, New graphics card (5770 for budget/performance) New CPU (Quad would be fine, duo is ok) and new PSU (550w+)
