Yes you need SAn andreas the single player game first but you can download it free of megaupload or something...

the reason you cant press install after downloading is because you first have to download single player to make a folder. thumbs up so this will stay at the top

@digipotty37 before you download SAMP you must download the actual game. you can get it for free but i dont know exactly where.but once you download the actual san andreas, you will have the folder for it, then you download SAMP, once you download it, it will ask you to locate the san andreas folder, all you have to do is save it in the same folder that you got when you downloaded san andreas and it should work.
