Also note how it says BASIC CHEERLEADING STUNTING. That means it isn't hard or challenging. Its BASIC!!! Definition of basic: Forming an essential foundation or starting point; fundamental. It's supposed to be easy for experienced people! DUH!

To all the negative comments about how they aren't very advanced and they should do more challenging stuuf and your cheerleaders are more advancede, ect... - This is a HOW-TO video.
