This episode was thought provoking for me. I consider myself the master of my emotions, but the idea of what colors I would associate with my emotions. So I borrowed your list and here are my colors. :^)
Anger: Maroon
Love: Almond
Fear: Ocean
Sadness: Pea Soup
Joy: Pearl
Surprise: Lit Sparkler (okay, so that's not one color, but it should be!)
I draw all my drawing with just plain pencil. I feel too afraid to add colors. I've tried adding colors it's just then I FEEL. I don't like too feel certin feelings I then just draw to get it all out NON FEELING WISE. Thank You for this video it is BEAUTIFUL and Thank You for being funny, you make me laugh
This is my favorite piece(s). I think my favorite one was the blue (anger) or maybe it was the brown, or maybe the yellow. No I think the red one, well ok orange. I just love all of them, even the black one. Great job.
I find it interesting how you used the horizontal and vertical lines on the 'surprise' canvas. Even though the lines (and the shapes they make) are placed spontaneously, I find that they have a very structured geometic feel rather than a spontaneous one. And so actually make it seem less like 'surprise'.
Having said that, I love your art and these videos :D

Your video's are fun and your art work is great. If you're serious about understanding emotions and I can suggest a great book. It's called the HeartMath Solution. You can find it on Amazon. It was for me, the most enlightening book and information I've seen to date on the subject.

I think your paintings are interesting and deep but sometimes can be shadow by the kindness of your persona.
You are already interesting so don't try harder, and dont let rationality to take over yourself, cos art its everything but rational.
It is important to recognize the power of our emotions--and to take responsibility for them by creating a light and positive atmosphere around ourselves. This attitude of joy that we create helps alleviate states of hopelessness, loneliness, and despair. Our relationships with others thus naturally improve, and little by little the whole of society becomes more positive and balanced.

leaning that you thought in the yellow of the happiness as the sun because he is cheerful, grieves that is very hot,in the japan it uses very dark blue the to represent the anger but it is usually a anger more explosive than revengeful,don't I have opinion on surprise because I am rarely surprised (doesn't stranger find? ) OK this is my opinion, see you next time...
hey lady love reprensents "eat your cookies" too as the rage also because they are hot feelings but I think the fear should be represented by the purple or a dark color because the people are afraid of the darkness or of what they don't know,I thought the color of the tristesa was the represented best because black represents the death the soul

You seemed to be expressing all manner of emotions as you ate the M&M's, no matter that their colors didn't correspond with them. I think when we chew all emotions into a chocolatey mash, it comes out as humor. And if you're doing the chewing, it also comes out as beautiful..:)
For those with short attention spans and no capacity to absorb any concept beyond stale slogans and trite insults, any comment exceeding more than a few syllables will strain their meager intellects.
I think your existing music is the perfect, light & airy backdrop for your videos. If you eventually add different music, I hope you can find something at least as perfect. This week's paintings are a bit too abstract for me, but I always love how you utilize multiple canvasses, and your M&M Theater makes me smile uncontrollably. I have this technique I use to manage my emotion. If I am feeling emotional I drink a 6 pack of Budweiser and watch beautiful women paint on youtube. I always feel better.

I had a really emotional day full of anger and I think the vibrant blue did a really good job of that and the circles are kind of like looping inescapably.

reds a tricky color it can passionate and possessive and also expresses fire and love.
i agree though, its more effective for anger, but i love these paintings so much i would so buy them if i wasn't poor.

It was one of my favourite episodes ever.
I had a really emotional day full of anger and I think the vibrant blue did a really good job of that and the circles are kind of like looping inescapably.
This actually made me smile with your m&m banter.
I love the purple and black canvas and the blue canvas the best however the overal piece was very meaningful and effective.

Aye,you communicate yourself so well, it's like being there with you just talking while you paint. I wish I could actually do that hehe. Of course, there would be a slight tussle over the m&m's. There's a couple of explanations that could fit your dream. I love having your videos to look forward to each week.
