just because its streetball doesn't mean there's no rules..most moves aren't travels and a double dribble IS a double dribble..EBC will call a double dribble unlike that garbage on AND1 like hot sauce..even players i like,like professor n alimoe do these double dribbles with AND1 but you wont see Alimoe do that in EBC cus they will call it..watch Bone Collector..he'll break someone while keepin' it legal
