  • @momohj25 - I am sure your mum would have been proud of you. I won't be surprised if she worked hard not necessarily to enjoy the benefits but that you can enjoy them. Hopefully, you would pass on the values that she had to others.

  • A classic!

  • Nice Song

make me to flash back my time i spend at Oleh

  • wow, this is the one song that binds me and my cousins for life. Ugo and Co 4ever.The Crazy eight will unite one day.

  • I agree with u Shalomeveryone. This song def reminds me of growing up back home in Naija. All the money and luxury cannot replace the fact that Naija is still HOME

  • Yes indeed. I spent one yr in rural Nigeria during my NYSC. A very remote village, no network, little power etc. But when I compare the joy I had there with that I have here in Europe. The one in Naija surpasses even though I have far more of the world's goods now.

Truly, as Jesus says " A man's life consisteth not in the abundance of things that he possesses. We should always draw clos to God cos, when all is over, it is only our closeness to him that will count

  • @atujaycee Word!!!

Now i wish things go back to those days when we didnt have to worry about GSM, laptops, exortic cars and all the bad things of life.

  • @atujaycee you should head back to the village then

  • @omogaju how nice of u to be sarcastic to a meaningful comment like Atujaycee...she/he is reminiscing about positive memories of the past and the advantages..Atu didnt say she'd rather be poor just that she had a lot of fun in 9ja and money is not everything. I concur because if 9ja govts better the state of Nigeria, Nigeria would be one of the best places in the world to live in

  • @atujaycee Very true.....thanks - you just talked to me. So interesting that a comment made 2 years ago still blesses. God bless you.

  • @atujaycee Well said

  • @atujaycee God Bless u!

  • kai naija had some real singers when I was growing up o, that ALL the kids knew! From Evi edna ogholi to Onyeka to Sunny Ade to Shina...take me back to my childhood jare!!

  • Life look kinda deceptive; thinking back past looks like euphoric nostalgia; but those tima atimes, person just dey chop garri and egungun come take tombo wash am down and go play draft for race course area, come home for nite after im don experience area boy for road. Bad things. I thank God say despite all dis, we don overcome.

  • unomaazuwa i agree with you... even if the Artist we got now re tryin but back then was the best.... no matter how much they put it ....

  • When Nigeria had unique singers and musicians...not what they have these days: wannabe snoop dogs, lil kims, Jay-z, Neyo, and the list goes on. Faze dem are not too bad though.
