hi what is the out put of the pwm in amps? and how can i change the input voltage to 24v?

The mosfet can handle up to 18Amps but you need to get a nice cooling fan, otherwise it will blow up :-) And of course remember the wire gauge should be big enough to handle all that current.

This pwm system can handle up to 15V, the limit is the 555 timer voltage input. If you want to get higher voltages, you should search the web for that.

I don't know a lot about this stuff, but what kind of differance would it make if one were to use a pot with a higher Ohm rating such as 100K or ex. and if a pot with more than one turn were used would it just allow for a more fine adjustment?

Also, I already have a PWM, but its for a DC motor controll is it possible to modify it so I can adjust the frequency going to my cell?

u used a 1 pole 3 way switch

but the

d14 pdf uses a 4 Pole 3 Way Rotary Switch

whats the difference?

The pdf is wrong, i also searched for that type of switch but i never found it, so i asked an expert and he said to me that a 1pole 3 way switch is the good one. The function of the switch is to use the three capacitors to achieve different frequencies ranges.
