Everyone disputes which one is better, locker or newton. Both had the same time on the forty. Both had the same vertical. Heres the difference. Locker could bench more than anyone on the Udub football team. Cam Newton can throw. Both can break tackles. Newton will have a tough time finding playing time because of jimmy clausen. Hasslebeck will be retired within the next few years and during that time he is with the titans he can teach locker how to be an effective pocket passer. Overall locker

However if you want to get estimation how fast you can run, just participate in some track&field event 60m or 100m, they measure proper time and then you can evaluate your actual 40yard time. Nevertheless it is really hard to say what your potential is, since nobody can say how fast you are gonna be in 3-4 years.
