Im seriously considering getting this because I really enjoy programs with realistic pencil sketching and photoshop dosent seem like what Im looking for. Do you color your sketches with another program or do you use sketchbook?
If you get the settings right, Photoshop can do decent sketching, as my other videos show. I was just using the 15-day demo for this video. still have a couple days left on using it too. Photoshop is easier because I've used it more often and I'm just starting to teach myself coloring.
yeah. I was just showing off the x-mirror feature because most of the time when someone's making a front view, they cut-flip-paste in Photoshop to get the sides to be mirrored. It's not a big feature, but for a sketch/paint program that's 1/4th the price of Photoshop Full, it's pretty useful.
Autodesk Sketchbook Pro 2011 on sale for $39.99 from $79.99 at Amazon's website today. If you haven't gotten it yet, now is a good time people!

what did you use as a drawing pad? Not a bamboo?

@Learncountriescom I used an Intuos3 6x8. But any drawing pad would get pretty much the same results.
