@Drackouth I have a movie called Clue that has a new ending every time you watch it. It's a murder mystery film with a butler, host and guests. Sometimes it's the butler, sometime the host didn't really die and was him, it might be one or ALL the guests. SOMETIMES it's the butler. :P

Len is told to kill the people of the house by mystery man in the begining of this vid.,so he goes there to do it,maybe at a party? at first he t poisons one. Then he goes under as a detective to kill the rest. by getting them near the edge the rocks crumble and they drown in the ocean. one mistake he made was falling in love this Rin.
(continued) When Len saved Rin from the fire, he lost his arm. He used to aspire to be a pianist, but Rin went a little crazy after the fire-and dragged Len down with her. One by one, they pick off the possible culprits of the fire. Then Len realizes that they, too are criminals. He thinks that if he kills Rin, their sins will be atoned for. So, both of them are out to kill each other, and are pretty much insane.
I THINK this is it:Rin and Len are brother and sister, and their house burned down(Hence the burning mansion and pictures at 2:28). After years, Rin found multiple possible culprits, and asked Len to help her kill them. She invited them all to a party, and they picked them off one by one-with poisoned wine, a knife, and according to Len's version, pushing them into the ocean. Len played the detective to avoid detection. But Rin saw he felt guilty and decided to kill him so she'd be unsuspected.
I feel like Len killed all those people but regrets it and Rin doesn't want anyone to know he killed them so she kills him so that they will think she killed everyone.
... Will someone please explain??? Cause this made absolutely NO sense to me. I have never been so clueless about a song. So, I get there was a murder, but.... wha? I dont get if Len or Rin did it, or if the culprit died, or.. or... or what? And in the end, I have a feeling they both died..? ... Rin knew it wasn't his fault and there must be a reason for why he did it. Rin and Len are in enternal sleep and when someone does solve the riddle they will be put into enternal sleep too and that person will make a riddle.

In the first song Len though Rin was the culprit and tried to save her by acting like he was the criminal, and Rin, in this song does the same for Len. But there is one point that said "Even if he didn't die by poison. He would've eventually die of knife. Meaning he would die without Len there.

The only way to solve len's riddle was by proving that he didn't kill them and the only way to do that is by killing him as well that's why rin says she will kill him and cast another riddle. In the end they both lay dead so I suppose she killed herself in order to eliminate the possibility of her being the culprit...the culprit is someone else but as the song says there are to many errors and if someone ever did solve it they will end up like rin and len " Welcome, to our world!"
Actually if u look at the wiki, it states that Len, playing the part of a boy named Haruka, liked a girl, Rin (who's playing Akira). When Rin's house caught on fire, Len rescued her but lost an arm.
@pokeXXXfan Eh? If I remember correctly~ Len lost his arm saving Rin, after she "felt" off a boat, but that might of been a different one. I've see tons of these songs... I say this because i remember something about it, plus it makes sense. In the first song, a few of them fell into the sea, right? But out of them all, her and Len were the only lives. Also you can never trust wiki, anyone can write anything! And that they were playing parts of different people I just don't get that.
I think that it isn't a real crime at all; that in this particular series thingy that Len and Rin are lovers and they're playing a game with eachother.
He killed all people for Rin, so she can survive from being killed by the man that come first in this video. He the real culprit, he actually want to be the detective. But Len come and change place with him, he's making Len kill all the guess while he can enjoy the show.
Ahahahah, I guess I always thought it was Rin, and Len was taking the fall to protect her, basically. There's probably all sort of other cool details, but at it's base I think this and the other song are about how Len is protecting her. (I also think that she was sort of forced to kill the other people??? IDK.)

Well, after many, many hours of watching both parts, many theories and hints...not much I've got little tips and hints I found but the list is to long to post or it would be tons of posts. I suppose I did come up with a answer, thought it may have lots of errors. If someone wants to know my answer and theory, can you message me please? It'll be easier. But here is a tip: Many hints are in the picture details. Not only the words.
The culprit is someone else: the first person in the video. That's explain the culprit is someone else. Crime in the morning, the conspiracy to make Len kill every guess including Rin. That man suppose to be the one that become detective, but Len take his place. Explain the other detective and the detective being the culprit.

@leilanijade123 well to put it simply len is an assassin but to make him self look like he didn't do it he is also a dective. Rin is a dective who kill's the person who is guilty of a crime. Then one day a different assassin was sent to cause Len sadness by killing the person close to him, Rin. Len didn't let that happen by saving Rin but in the process broke his arm A man gave Len a job then asked Rin to find out who killed the man. In the end they both end up killing each other
i noticed something else that person at the beginning the gloves they are wearing they look a lot like rin's, as does the top of that person's dress. could that person be rin? it makes a weird kind of sense if you listen to what that person says

@Neoomegasonic As one thought came to mind, part 2:41 (+ longer version of the 1st where a girl wondered) It seems like Rin got sent into the water. (Henced saved by the hand). Could the 1st song be interpreted as the "other detective"? If so it would tie the beginning and probably up to the last section before Rin's riddle, this makes that they both on the scene of the 2nd. I guess Len got into a Game of real Detective game of killing Rin (of Len isn't happy with that). Wine failed to stop them

Rin meets suspect at ocean. (Interpret Nazotoki 2 to "3 in extended" as Rin and suspect). Len comes to stop them (other detective), defending Rin but the struggle ends with one killed (Verse 1) while Rin fell. (saved in 2.41). Len actions was reckless in attempts to help though & didn't make the final blow, Rin maybe?
@RiownerTias So the culprit threatened to kill Rin and Len stopped him by killing him and Rin was about to fell in the ocean somehow but was saved by Len. Then who are "they" who fell into the ocean and more importantly who's the victim?

@Neoomegasonic Yes. The only one left in this opinion is the Real Detective. Len set as the "Other" and then there is Rin. I've continued thinking about it, it feels like Len and the Detective were part of something (other crimes not part of the 2) but when Rin becomes the next target, too far for Len. As he had been with him in others, he uses the wine using Rin as a decoy holder. It is a possible ploy to be a detective in a situation to avoid being suspected, while Len taking the fall
@Neoomegasonic I can't put any other way other just Len wants the person stopped before the crime is done. Its a little difficult to explain that any further. As for Rin, in the extended version there is 3rd mystery: Girl stood by the ocean and it questioned what they were thinking. Meaning Rin was at the scene of the 2nd mystery. I've just worked around each verse set of the two while attaching the non linking parts to what fits.
In the first mystery (the poisoned wine case) there were actually TWO wine glasses, and the victim drank from the unpoisoned one. So Rin killed the guy with her knifes.
In the second mystery (the people falling to the ocean) Len pushed the people and they fell.
So, both Rin and Len were the culprits, but Len didn't want Rin to be blamed and Rin didn't want Len to be blamed.

i don't think it's one answer. I think it's three.
First: Len tried to kill the first person with wine but of course it didn't work. Instead Rin killed the person with a knife. And the three other persons who died was Len who made them drown, when Rin tried to kill them with a knife.
Second: Len tried to kill the first person with wine but of course as we know she exchanged it with regular wine. But Len knew this and killed him with a knife. Will tell the rest of the story.
But in all seriousness, I think the culprit Rin is looking for isn't the killer, but the one who cursed them to kill all those people. I think Len killed all those people at the party, and then Rin killed him because of the curse.
So...what if there were two wine glasses but one was not poisoned but the guy who died drank the non poison but would have eventually died from the knife which was held by rin(the girl ). Don't have one for tue second one though.
I think it's that there is a man killing the people and blaming it on Len. Rin is trying to figure out who and the murder is trying to kill Rin so Len tries to protect Rin but it just makes him seem more like the murderer (somehow). There is another detective at the party and he is the murderer.
Okay, so here's what I think: The person we can't see is the mastermind behind all this. He/she found Len and took advantage of his phsycosis, however Rin was there so he blindfolded her to protect her. Meanwhile Rin is trying to figure out who the mastermind is so she can help Len out somewhat. Since 'the detective is the culprit' maybe it's the detective agency's boss! O-o
@Nilaniknik u make a good point but there is no telling who is the culprit cuz there were "factual errors"and theres no telling what those are... so i m gonna stick with the theory that u need forensics to truly solve this crime...
!!! I figured it out!!! It said there were 2 glasses, then it says wekcome to our world, and it shows them passed out on the floor and, and, and- *stops ranting at takes a deeeep breath* Okay. They're both dead because the creepy narrorator dude poisoned them! Right?? RIGHT?!?!
Around 3:30-ish, a couple of subtitles flash on the screen for less than a second, which say "The culprit is someone else", "The crime in the morning", "The other detective", and "The dective being the culprit" I think these are the supposive factual errors.
At the end of the PV [starting at 3:10 ] it shows them passed out and wine glasses on the floor. I think that it really was all just a dream during a real crime they were trying to solve [hence the pictures] but are about to die from poison. that's just one theory of mine.
She doesn't accept that, and think that the better option is to kill everyone. In the lasts seconds, Len is still trying to solve how to save both, and Rin keep saying that with logic he will not get that solved. Sorry for the bad english ;)
I think that they planned the murder together. As Rin says in the begining of this pv that she wanted to be her how comit it (0:02) But Len didn't wanted to see her acused of being a culprit, so decided to poison the wine (0:51). Even so, Rin stabbed the man. To save both, he decided to play as a detective, someone how supostly wouldn't be consider guilty. He is thying to get logic ways for men's death (0:34 of len's version), but not being that enough, he ask Rin to take him as culprit.

I know I may be a little too obsessed with Harry potter, and I know I posted a similar comment of the Riddler who can't Solve Riddles vid but, again, this reminds me of a Harry Potter thing. I think of Rin as Harry and Len as Snape in this one, and the guy at the beginning is sorta like Dumbledore. @lisaborrello Yea, thought that too, that Rin planned on killing them all, but Len wanted to save her from it for some unknown reason, kinda makes sense both ways though, can see holes in the story either of those ways ... the way we were thinking and the "You or the Narrator is the actual culprit" theory. At the end it says that there's too many factual flaws, the real person might of even died with the group at sea or the person drinking wine, who knows?

Actually if u look at the wiki, it states that Len, playing the part of a boy named Haruka, liked a girl, Rin (who's playing Akira). When Rin's house caught on fire, Len rescued her but lost an arm.

@pokeXXXfan Eh? If I remember correctly~ Len lost his arm saving Rin, after she "felt" off a boat, but that might of been a different one. I've see tons of these songs... I say this because i remember something about it, plus it makes sense. In the first song, a few of them fell into the sea, right? But out of them all, her and Len were the only lives. Also you can never trust wiki, anyone can write anything! And that they were playing parts of different people I just don't get that.

@leilanijade123 well to put it simply len is an assassin but to make him self look like he didn't do it he is also a dective. Rin is a dective who kill's the person who is guilty of a crime. Then one day a different assassin was sent to cause Len sadness by killing the person close to him, Rin. Len didn't let that happen by saving Rin but in the process broke his arm A man gave Len a job then asked Rin to find out who killed the man. In the end they both end up killing each other

@Neoomegasonic As one thought came to mind, part 2:41 (+ longer version of the 1st where a girl wondered) It seems like Rin got sent into the water. (Henced saved by the hand). Could the 1st song be interpreted as the "other detective"? If so it would tie the beginning and probably up to the last section before Rin's riddle, this makes that they both on the scene of the 2nd. I guess Len got into a Game of real Detective game of killing Rin (of Len isn't happy with that). Wine failed to stop them

@Neoomegasonic lol (never comes out straight). Suspect: Len, I'm going to kill Rin. Len: O.O (No, I won't let him) Prepares wine with poison (Rin took wrong one, interpret blind?). Rin meets suspect at ocean. (Interpret Nazotoki 2 to "3 in extended" as Rin and suspect). Len comes to stop them (other detective), defending Rin but the struggle ends with one killed (Verse 1) while Rin fell. (saved in 2.41). Len actions was reckless in attempts to help though & didn't make the final blow, Rin maybe?

@Neoomegasonic Yes. The only one left in this opinion is the Real Detective. Len set as the "Other" and then there is Rin. I've continued thinking about it, it feels like Len and the Detective were part of something (other crimes not part of the 2) but when Rin becomes the next target, too far for Len. As he had been with him in others, he uses the wine using Rin as a decoy holder. It is a possible ploy to be a detective in a situation to avoid being suspected, while Len taking the fall

@Neoomegasonic I can't put any other way other just Len wants the person stopped before the crime is done. Its a little difficult to explain that any further. As for Rin, in the extended version there is 3rd mystery: Girl stood by the ocean and it questioned what they were thinking. Meaning Rin was at the scene of the 2nd mystery. I've just worked around each verse set of the two while attaching the non linking parts to what fits.

Hmm, the way I got it...
In the first mystery (the poisoned wine case) there were actually TWO wine glasses, and the victim drank from the unpoisoned one. So Rin killed the guy with her knifes.
In the second mystery (the people falling to the ocean) Len pushed the people and they fell.
So, both Rin and Len were the culprits, but Len didn't want Rin to be blamed and Rin didn't want Len to be blamed.

i don't think it's one answer. I think it's three.
First: Len tried to kill the first person with wine but of course it didn't work. Instead Rin killed the person with a knife. And the three other persons who died was Len who made them drown, when Rin tried to kill them with a knife.
Second: Len tried to kill the first person with wine but of course as we know she exchanged it with regular wine. But Len knew this and killed him with a knife. Will tell the rest of the story.

I think it's that there is a man killing the people and blaming it on Len. Rin is trying to figure out who and the murder is trying to kill Rin so Len tries to protect Rin but it just makes him seem more like the murderer (somehow). There is another detective at the party and he is the murderer.

Okay, so here's what I think: The person we can't see is the mastermind behind all this. He/she found Len and took advantage of his phsycosis, however Rin was there so he blindfolded her to protect her. Meanwhile Rin is trying to figure out who the mastermind is so she can help Len out somewhat. Since 'the detective is the culprit' maybe it's the detective agency's boss! O-o

I think that they planned the murder together. As Rin says in the begining of this pv that she wanted to be her how comit it (0:02) But Len didn't wanted to see her acused of being a culprit, so decided to poison the wine (0:51). Even so, Rin stabbed the man. To save both, he decided to play as a detective, someone how supostly wouldn't be consider guilty. He is thying to get logic ways for men's death (0:34 of len's version), but not being that enough, he ask Rin to take him as culprit.

I know I may be a little too obsessed with Harry potter, and I know I posted a similar comment of the Riddler who can't Solve Riddles vid but, again, this reminds me of a Harry Potter thing. At the end it says that there's too many factual flaws, the real person might of even died with the group at sea or the person drinking wine, who knows?

...Len plays detective to throw off suspicion, but there are two cases that need to be solved. Rin here is talking about BOTH cases, but you can't tell which is which as she jumps and skips and goes back and fast forwards and rewinds. So at the end those words

Ok so, Rin was planning to kill someone, but Len had done it before she could knowing Rin wanted to. Rin doesn't believe Len poisoned someone and killed them because Len saved Rin at some other time. Len "cant't" solve this because there is nothing to be solved. When Rin says she will solve this riddle, she means that she wants to get to the bottom of this "knowing" Len is innocent, but he really isn't....
