To be honest I didn't think this was melancholy, I thought it was inspiring! Rob's turnaround is fantastic, so many of us know what it's like to struggle with mental ill health at lots of levels and I'm really pleased to know that something so simple could make such a difference to him, and all of us. Nice one for sharing Rob, thank you!
@thetreehunter Despite the slight melancholic tone, i think the benefits of woodland came across really well. Our society is undoubtedly too stressed and we are losing sight of that which is important - thanks for being so honest - it was good of you to share that

Good luck with your 'new start' Rob.
The countryside is a great source of inspiration and well-being.
Enjoy.
Best wishes
