I really do hate the fact that employers have taken to looking you up on Twitter and Facebook now.It's like there's no place where you can go and relax anymore you have to be this "professional" 24/7.Never know who's watching after all.

anyways, this is life. Don't post anything that compromises you.
Or at least have 2 profiles. Professional and amateur one with nick names that won't discover you.
